After a long time I wrote poetry

After a long time, my words weaved a poetry and I hope you'll like so! you can also check one of the old poetries of mine! Till then enjoy!

Lots of love,
Sheetal Aka Sheena

I need you

Those were the days when you used to cuddle me and my teddy remained alone in the shelf but now I cry a lot and hug a teddy remembering you!

We hugged, kissed and walked hand in hand, but now I walk alone and cross the busy roads where I feel empty!

My toast get burnt and coffee becomes bitter as my mind wanders somewhere,
my mom asks where m I and I don’t have answer!

My friends keep giggling during the movie scene, but my heart weeps bitterly from inside. Where did I leave my smile?

I take flights by my own. I accomplish my work and come home.
My festivals are dried and my selfies are blurred. Where m I going dude?

Do you have answer for these? Movie tickets are torn and my tears have gone, but my heart remained aching and my fears keep shaking!

I know some day I’ll get married, but do you think I will be loving?

Compromise and adjustment, the heavy words will support my life, but m I wrong if I say ‘I need you’ for my whole life?

Reflection of my thoughts

They say, everything is fair in love and war. And my life, I feel it’s a war and I am in love with my own life.

My heart is broken and torn and people think that I am still seeing someone…. When people can’t see my pain but they can imagine things about my life like anything. Be it in my office or anywhere, thanks to God that he made me this way that people keep making perceptions about me and keep  making me popular… even though they don’t know the real in me and they want me to be little talkative and bold. Why to do so?

I love the way I enjoy myself in music (that’s what the Capricorns are made) I love the way enjoy partying and dancing and late-night outings, I love shopping at all time… I love the way I look myself… sometimes I just like to flow with whatever comes in my life!

I love being aloof and lonely… but sometimes I love attention… but I am not the one who can do anything just to grab attention.

I love my independence; I love myself the way I am. God gave me obstacles throughout my life but I loved the way I struggle to get over it.

I don’t talk much, I don’t laugh much but once I start I can’t stop myself. I do lots of masti with my close friends … I love late-night watching movies and doing experiment with my cooking. I love to be with my friends and family… I love to play with my niece and small children. That’s the way Capricorns shyly express their naughtiness and just like other normal human being I do cry in the night!

I love to experiment with my life, being the youngest one in my family I am the most problematic child of my parents but I love to keep challenging myself and I am really thankful to my God that initial stages of my life when I was so young – as a 12yrs old innocent and playful child, He made my life so tough that I became strong yet emotional throughout all these years. Nobody knows you well until you know yourself very well.

People think that I have an attitude, it shows on my face…… yes I have an attitude, so what? WHAT’S YOUR PROBLEM, GUYS? I love to throw it, but I am not a spoilt child...

I am dusky but cute you know and yes evergreen young that’s what Capricorns are known for. I love to dance on my favourite tunes... I guess, I get serious face when it comes to work... and people say I am very restricted and silent. But this is I am and you will have to accept me as I am!

Nobody knows when I start enjoying, I enjoy and when I am serious…. I am serious. When I say no its no only and when I say yes … its yes. When I will do that means I am going to do that thing no matter what will happen or how much time it will take

I do what I want, I aim for what I want, I challenge myself whenever I want and I follow what I have been told…. That what true Capricorns do. What do I do, that’s the way God has made me.  That’s me… I am what I am …!!!

Take me to the home tonight

Hello,
People,

I hope you all are doing fine. In the ocean of work I'm almost drowning and still trying to dive in it so that I could get some time and jot down my words. So I plotted yet another love story, and hope you would once again love it.

Till then, keep reading,

Lots of love and kisses,
Sheetal

Take me to the home tonight

Day 28, Feb (Year 2008)

We started dating each other. He was loving, caring and understanding man I ever dated in my life. The table was booked for two of us. After a hearty candle-light dinner, we indulged in a casual talk. Out of a sudden, he got up from his chair and bent down on his knees. He proposed me. Oh yes, I said big yes to him and whispered, “take me to the home tonight”!

We went to his flat and he took me to his bedroom. As we were moving to our love making session, the rose petals under us were crushing gently.

Day 2, January 2009
After one year of dating, we got married. Every night he would pick me in his arms and would take to the bed sometimes to make love, sometimes to cajole me, sometimes to pamper me and sometimes it was just chit-chat that would go for hours. He used to take me in his arms just like a child and would shower lots of love and care on me.

Day 28th, Nov 2009
My labor pains started and so once again my husband took me in his arms, lifted me up and put me in the car while I was wailing in pain. He drove as fast as he could and yes, I was still in my husband’s arms and landed up on the hospital bed.

I gave a birth to a lovely baby girl. That was the happiest and proudest moment in our life.

Day 17th, Sep 2013
4 years of marriage my baby was grown to 3 and half-year-old girl wise enough to understand whether I was in pain or not. I could not gather the courage to see my reflection in the mirror nor I had the energy to get up and do anything by my own. I was diagnosed with cancer and it was wreaking havoc on my body.

Lying on that typical white bed sheet of the hospital uselessly became a daily routine of me. The doctors lost hopes and they couldn’t do anything further as it was the last stage of cancer as well as last few days of my life.

My husband would come daily in the hospital and would stay by my side all night. Whenever required he would pick me in his arms, do the cleaning of mine and many other things. He would try his best to make me comfortable as much as possible. I was bald, shattered, and lethargic and my life became aimless but still a hope would lurk in my eyes whenever I used to see my husband.

I was tired of everything and wanted to go home, relax, live life peacefully. I stared out of the window; I saw a full moon and the stars. My husband came to say goodnight and he kissed my forehead. I signaled him to come near me as much as he could and that night I whispered in his ears, “take me to the home, tonight” and I closed my eyes!

A game of seduction

Hello,
People

Its been a yet another hectic week for me and coming days I'm gonna be busy with more work ahead of me. Till the time I wanted my readers to have one more piece of my story telling and so I've carved another piece of creativity and I' hope so You'll like it, Share it and spread the word and stay beautiful!

P.S - Don't forget to read yet another short story  from my collection.

Regards,
Sheetal Aka Sheena

A game of seduction

She was newly married and thousands of miles away for her honeymoon. He was a skilled businessman and even on holidays he couldn't keep his work aside to spend some quality time with his wife. It was the second day in beautiful, snowy Shimla and all he had to go out to meet his one of the clients who had stayed in the city. He promised his beautiful wife that he will return in the evening as soon as possible and he kissed his wife’s lips and left her untouched even on the second day of their honeymoon.

She waved goodbye to her husband and went to see outside of her balcony just assure herself that he has gone.  She knew Vishal was waiting for her husband to leave so that he could enter in her room. His room was exactly opposite to hers.

Last night when she and her husband went down to have their dinner her eyes met with this good-looking guy. Within a few seconds, they exchanged amorous glances with each other and it was done.

He knocked the door. Her heart was beating faster that she couldn’t understand whether it's her heartbeats or knocks on the door were loud. She opened the door. He was standing in front of her with the bunch of roses in his hand. The sight of him transfixed her for a moment, but he didn’t waste the time at all. He quickly brought her in the reality by snapping his fingers.

She let him in and the door was closed….

It was just a matter of a few minutes and they both shed their inhibitions. They quickly melt in each other’s arms. They both had a fiery passion in them and made love. He showered her with countless kisses on her lips, cheeks, neck and then everywhere.

Once they were satisfied with exploring each others, they quickly dressed and he left the room.

After spending a whole week in Shimla, the couple was leaving. While she held her husband’s hand and was walking towards the reception, she saw Vishal giving her a look and she had a wicked smile on her. In this game of seduction, her husband had a pure smile on his face which was infectious and genuine while they were still playing a game!

Why I enjoy online shopping?

Technology has grabbed each and every domain making our lives cozy and easy and so shopping cannot be left behind. Thus, there is no surprise if e-commerce websites are mushrooming like anything. I accomplish most of my to-do list online. Whether it’s paying my mobile bill, internet bill, credit card bill or looking for best deal for clothing or any other utilities. Although I need to feel the fabric of the cloth I’m going to purchase, but now I’m also getting used to buying clothing and other stuff from online.

•    Why do I like shopping online?
1.    I can surf thousands of products online any time of the day without anybody disturbing me or giving those glances ‘Arrr…She isn’t going to buy’ what you normally get when you drop by any nearest shop and think about window shopping.
2.    I can buy my products with my credit card, cash or debit card and avail additional discounts.
3.    Lots of varieties, deals and discounts.
4.    I can buy branded products from the comfort of my home and have a feeling like shopping in Paris.

•    Most favorite websites that I usually shop at and why?
I know you people have been in and out at Flipkart.com and Snapdeal.com, but I loved shopping at less-known yet emerging shopping websites that I strongly recommend to you and they are:

•    Cilory.com
The website has a wide collection of men and women wear along with other essentials that you’re looking for. What I was looking for printed leggings and this website grabbed my attention. The first ever product that I ordered from them was printed leggings. I loved the multi-colored leggings and it’s easy to wear. Stretchable and made up of cotton fabric and Lycra. I simply loved their collection of leggings and from then on I became their drop-by customer.

•    Shopclues.com
As the name suggests, if you don’t have a clue what to shop then this is yet another perfect place where you can buy from clothing, mobile & laptop accessories, footwear, beauty products to sports things. The list is just endless. Since I love creativity in everything and want to decorate my laptop with funky, cool laptop skin I stumbled on this website. I purchased this cool laptop skin with a good design just for Rs. 99/-. It was totally worth of my money and easy to apply on my laptop. The shopping was hassle-free and delivery was quick. Within a few minutes, I transformed the look of my laptop from boring plain white to the vibrant-hued skin.

shopping online

•    Paytm.com
Initially, paytm.com would only offer mobile, DTH and other utility services, but a short span of time, the website expanded its wings and introduced an online store. However, I haven’t tried their online store but I surely like this website. It’s because I got a chance to avail lots of cash back for mobile recharges. It just felt good whenever I used to get cash back. In addition, you can choose a number of discount coupons whatever your favorite brands are. They have brought a good amount of brands under one umbrella such as Dominos, PVR cinemas, Cleartrip.com and Treebo hotels

Take your time to glance through one of my old posts referring top websites to download free e-books and feel free to leave your comments in a comment section!

Diwali Week - Celebration of Love, Joy and Happiness!

Finally, the festival of lights arrived. Whether it's Holi, Navratri or Diwali; I love every beat of Indian festivals. They bring lots of joy, happiness, show different colors of life and bring healthy and happy atmosphere around us. Indian festivals are a grand celebration of love, life, happiness and beauty of relations.
So Diwali week started and I took a stroll around my neighboring areas. I enjoyed each day with great enthusiasm. So let’s walk down the memory lane with me.

Day 1
Dhantrayodashi /Dhanteras

Image courtesy:  © Allies Interactive Services Private Limited
Dhanteras in Hindi it is called  धनतेरस, and in Sanskrit and Marathi धनत्रयोदशी is the first day of the five-day Diwali Festival. The word Dhana means wealth and Trayodashi means 13th day as per Hindu calendar.

On Dhanteras, Goddess Lakshmi is worshiped to provide prosperity and well being. Lord Kubera, the God of assets and wealth is also worshipped on this day. There is an ancient story about lord Kubera. Most people early in the morning perform religious rituals. So this day gives a start to Diwali week!

I did not do much on this day as I was slogging at my workstation!

Day 2
Narak Chaturdashi

Naraka Chaturdashi which is the second day of the five-day-long festival of Diwali. The Hindu literature narrates that the asura (demon) Narakasura was killed on this day by Krishna, Satyabhama, and Kali. In Hindu literature, there are many told and untold ancient stories based on our Hindu god and goddesses. In childhood, I found them very intriguing.

Most government, semi-government, and private offices have already announced holidays for the next three days and so everyone’s joy was overflowing.  I know most of you beaming with smile after receiving a heavy bonus and sweets from the offices. Arent you? I had fun with my office colleagues and made most of it.

Day 3
Laxmipujan

Lakshmi Puja is a Hindu religious festival that falls on Amavasya, the third day of Diwali. We all eagerly wait for this day to arrive as this is the day when we finally can taste sweets made at the home; can open firecrackers and burst them, wear best clothes and do lots of fun. We welcome the Goddess Lakshmi by cleaning and keeping our homes. Preparing sweets and delicacies and offering to others bring sweetness in family bonds and relations. We decorate our homes with a variety of small oil lamps and candles inside and outside the homes. In the evening, get ready by wearing beautiful-colored and designed traditional dresses. We pray for prosperity and well-being for our families and businesses. Also, send our best wishes to our friends and their extended families.

Promises are meant to be broken

He said he’ll never leave me, but I was wrong. He crushed all my feelings and left me all alone to collect the pieces of my broken heart.

I prayed thousand times to god in the morning; I sweated for hours at the gym; I even changed my dressing style and habits; I did every bit of mine to look and feel best but at every night I wept bitterly. He said that, “I’ll be there for you forever”. I wiped my own tears by my own hands and I couldn’t find him nearby me.

A brief pause…….

Image courtesy of Smarnad at FreeDigitalPhotos.net

I saw couples walking hand in hand; some making love in the corners of City’s bloomed garden and some were fighting to each other. She fought hard to keep her tears not to come out of the eye; he did not even let her touch when he must have made love to her by giving yet another promise of keeping love alive. He pushed her away from him and left her in the middle of City’s dim-lighted road.

Yet another heart was broken!

short love story
I was the witness of that heart-wrenching drama. I silently sneaked out of that place where the scene took place as I myself was in a terrible condition. My heart ached for that girl but I gathered courage and I tried to forget whole episode of that night while I lay on my bed.

It was almost a year for my own wounded heart!!!

End……..

Mayur unbuttoned his shirt and instructed her to shed her inhibitions. He fucked her so hard and she moaned in pain.

“Anamika was no longer a virgin and no longer mad to crave for “true love” as her true love died down long back ago. Apparently, in her world from making love to fucking hard changed ruthlessly.

All she knows that promises are meant to be broken!!!

P.S - You'll also love another story of mine about broken love and hope

Top 3 cartoon shows with an Indian twist

As a child, I loved watching the chase between Tom and Jerry and in my grown years I was still fond of watching these cartoons. We were spellbound to the magic of Chip n Dale Rescue rangers, Duck tales and Teenage Mutant Ninja turtles and glued to the screen for hours and still we couldn’t get enough of them. I used to wonder whether these cartoons will have the same magic to the next generation what we had or will that magic wipe out everything.

Today we switch on the TV and feel irritated when we are bombarded with never-ending advertisements and illogical serials. But, one fine day after my hectic work schedule I got a chance to surf through the channels and I stumbled upon on some cartoon channels. I heaved a sigh of relief when these channels and program’s quality and content weren’t affected like other programs.

I could once again quickly connect myself to these new generations’ cartoons and I was amazed to see the quality and Indian factor added to these cartoons. I was glued to the screen when I watched my first ever episode of Motu Patlu and do you know what made these cartoons so special than ever? Read on to know:

•    Motu Patlu

One cannot imagine having a pot-bellied character with a matchstick figure buddy enjoying the most. This inseparable pair of Motu Patlu never fails to tell the morale of the story at the end of every episode. The humor never lacks anywhere and it sticks to the story from the start to till the end. We humans quickly connect to characters are shown in the movie and hence, there is a character known as Chingam that resemble the character of Singham played by Ajay Devgan in the movie. Those were the days when Disney ruled the cartoon and animation world for many years but nowadays as more talented animators stepping forward and hence, they leave no stone unturned when shaping cartoon characters and displaying many elements of Indian local culture such as most delighted and liked by many local food ‘samosas’  are shown favorite of Motu. These tiny elements hold your grip tightly and you instantly feel connected to them.

•    Chota Bheem

Images used representational purpose only
Bheem, an ancient character from Mahabharata has changed for a good, from serious to a lighthearted baby version of Bheem can certainly spread the smile on your child’s face. Chota Bheem played on Pogo channel captured everyone’s attention in a short span of time and children were pride to wear t-shirts and carry bags with printed images of Chota Bheem. This cute 9-year-old boy and his team always solve the problems of Dholakpur residents. He always outsmarts his rivals with his wit and conscious. The episodes are neatly presented in a simple and understandable manner that children would enjoy and connect to Indian superheroes rather than getting obsessed over Ben 10 and Dexter. Chota Bheem certainly reminds you of long lost characters of Mahabharata but leaves you feel entertained and not a heavy-headed.

•    Oggy and the cockroaches
Oggy and The Cockroaches

Although this cartoon series is a product of French cartoon lab; however, it is so hilarious when all the characters are dubbed in Hindi. They are given a voice over of India’s popular cine stars. These cockroaches throw dialogues in the voice of Shahrukh Khan, Sunny Deol and many more. This French cartoon series dubbed in Hindi breaks all the barriers of communication when they feel so Indian. Don’t miss the episode of it; they will tickle your funny bone like anything.

After watching these cartoons, I was glad to know that this generation will also have sweet childhood memories that will linger in their mind for the years to come!

Hugs and kisses

Only the silence between us said it all. We did not have to explain anything to each other. Cool air started flowing n dry leaves made their way to wave goodbye to their last minutes of life. The rustling sound of leaves brought me back in the reality that it was my time as well to bid a farewell to my relationship.

Hugs and kisses

I got up and without saying a word I left. Suddenly I felt every color of my life was becoming plain. Outside of the park, the hustling-bustling roads of New York City felt noiseless. All I could hear my heart was beating loudly and my positive and negative thoughts were fighting to each other.

"He has gone for good", "No, he loved you dearly" one part of my mind said, "you have to move on" and my heart ached and wept bitterly saying, "you still love him"

Aah! I hated myself and trying to shake my head as if I wanted my thoughts to throw out of my head.

I calmed myself saying "the storm of hugs and kisses is gone" and "yet another season of love and hope is blossoming".

As soon as this positive thought fused in my mind, I felt light. As I was walking, I inhaled the fresh cold air and heaved a sigh of relief.

I looked up the full moon was smiling from its corner to corner and the night sparkled, so my eyes!

My eyes were now sparkling with joy, smile, hope & life.
